Hednesford Library Celebrations

Happy 60th Birthday Hednesford Library!!

Yesterday Hednesford Town Council Councillors and Officers were invited to join The Friends of Hednesford Library, and guests, at their celebrations to mark the 60th Birthday of Hednesford Library where a very warm welcome, excellent company and lovely afternoon tea (and yummy cake) awaited!!

Hednesford Town Council are pleased to have been able to provide a grant of £230.00 to the Friends of Hednesford Library to support the celebrations and look forward to another 60 years as the library being ‘the beating heart of our community’. You may even have seen the occasion marked with a starring role on BBC Midlands Today?!
